About the Practice
We always try to see patients at the appointed time. If you are kept waiting there is a good reason and your patience is always appreciated. If you need to cancel an appointment we require 24 hours notice to enable us to make alternative arrangements, perhaps to see somebody who is in pain. There may be a charge for short notice cancellations or missed appointments.
For the less able
The practice has two ground floor surgeries and toilet facilities suitable for disabled patients. Our surgeries and waiting areas have been equipped to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere in which to treat you. We are always happy to hear any comments or suggestions which you have that may help others.
Payment Options
Payment is normally due on the day of treatment and is accepted via cash, personal cheque and most debit/credit cards. Details of Membership Plan are available from reception.
Once we have completed your first course of treatment we can offer membership of our maintenance scheme paid monthly and arranged through Menbership Plan. We recommend Menbership Plan membership for our patients as a good way of budgeting for regular dental care.
