What to Expect During Your Consultation

We will do our very best to make your visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible. If you are a nervous patient, we invite you to bring a trusted friend or family member along to your consultation.

We will ask you questions to help us understand you better, and we ask that you answer as honestly as possible with any information you might feel is helpful or relevant.

Lastly, we encourage you to ask any questions you may have and we will be happy to answer them.

CONSULTATIONS

Before we do any treatment on our patients we take the time to ask you specific questions so we can fully understand your wishes and expectations. Then we follow through with a comprehensive consultation which will include the following:

• Dental Introduction
• External facial profiling
• Tooth wear analysis
• Tooth appearance analysis
• Basic Periodontal Examination (BPE) gum health check
• Breath fresh analysis
• Soft tissue analysis, including a comprehensive oral cancer screen
• Brushing, flossing and dietary advice

When we finish your consultation we will have a clear idea of any current or potential issues and be able to recommend appropriate treatments and discuss your options. If we believe that you need extensive work we will provide you with a full written estimate before starting any treatments.
